What is it actually like to be led by you?

Leadership isn’t only about what we know, what we build, or how much responsibility we carry. People also experience who we are becoming while we lead.

In Season 2, Episode 7 of Back to the Seed Conversations, Samantha Bishop explores leadership that flows from formation through the example of Jesus washing His disciples’ feet in John 13.

Jesus knew who He was. He knew where He came from. He knew where He was going. He understood the authority He carried—and from that place of security, He served.
