Even facing criticism during a town hall meeting, Donna spoke on her personal experience. Whether you agree or disagree with her, when you go into a facility you are the patient. You are to be treated with dignity, respect, and empathy not embarrassed and humiliated by the doctor treating you. The hospital is vital to the community, Donna strongly agrees, but in order to increase foot traffic in the hospital, you must have a strong leader, a dedicated staff, and a welcoming atmosphere.
