Ask The Doctor is hosted by Dr. Michael Lange, a Board Certified Optometric Physician and Certified Nutrition Specialist. He also has degrees in psychology and physiological optics.

As the founder of Lange Eye Care and Associates and the Lange Eye Institute, Dr. Lange has always been focused on sharing his knowledge and experience to help serve a larger audience. This is why in 1993 he launched Ask The Doctor, a popular radio talk show on eye care and nutrition.

He's extremely passionate about helping people maximize people's health and well-being through proper nutrition, and spends his time educating eye care provides worldwide on proper nutrition and the benefit of it for their patients.

    Dr. Lange also previews the upcoming Fortifeye Creatine 2.0, featuring CreActin® creatine monohydrate with an ultrafine 510-mesh particle size. In initial mixing and taste testing, Dr. Lange reports that it mixes clear in water in approximately 10 seconds, with no noticeable sediment, flavor, or chalky aftertaste. Fortifeye anticipates availability within the next one to two weeks!

    Also on the show: an update on Fortifeye’s beef protein isolate development. Dr. Lange explains why the collagen-like amino acid profiles of the beef isolates he reviewed prompted him to explore adding another protein, possibly egg white protein. The goal is to bring essential amino acids and branched-chain amino acids closer to whey protein while retaining collagen-associated amino acids. This potential “ultimate protein” is still in development and several months away.
