  • Episode 75 - The Supercast Weekender At Hybrid Archery

    Welcome to Episode 75. This is a very special episode where we got previous guests and a couple of new ones, to sit down face to face and record an episode while we were being hosted by the amazing Alex and Beck at Hybrid Archery in Norfolk. We had an amazing weekend doing target, 3D and skeet archery, air rifle shooting, slingshot making and shooting, knife and axe throwing aswell as an awesome BBQ on Saturday, followed by a recording session of just over 3 and a half hours. We covered everything from the upcoming adventures of Maddie Mads, the diet and fitness regimes of Big Buff Tom, archery coaching techniques, Lady Trad Sniper's first experience shooting a compound bow and just about everything in between, There were many laughs, lots of learning, new friendships made and existing fiendships reinforced.   • Episode 69 - Return Of The Trad Sniper

    Welcome to Episode 69 where I'm joined by the Trad Sniper for the last recording of 2024. We catch up on his adventures over the last few months including his switch from recurve to English longbow and his new custom longbow, his goals with it for 2025.We talk about him deep diving into wooden arrow builds to make perfect match grade arrows. We also discuss his trip to Agincourt, my decision to give single string shooting a try and the possibility of a get together with previous guests on the podcast in summer 2025 to do some shooting. BBQ'ing and record a round table episode. It was a conversation that lasted over 4 and a half hours peppered with lots of laughs and the usual inappropriate humour. Happy New Year one and all.
