And somewhere along the way, we become so focused on being somebody’s partner, parent, child, friend, or caretaker that we completely lose track of who the hell we are.

In this episode of Alchemy Unhinged, we’re flipping the script on relationships and getting into the one relationship that changes everything: the relationship with yourself.

What parts of your life are actually yours, and what are you still doing because someone else taught you that’s what you were supposed to want?

Because you are not broken. You don't need to be fixed. You need to unearth yourself.

And once you stop pouring from an empty cup, everything changes. Your relationships. Your boundaries. Your capacity to love. Your ability to receive. Your entire relationship with your own life.

The religious conditioning that makes you wonder whether you can trust your own experience. And the challenge of bringing something completely unexplainable back into ordinary life.

And somehow, every thread kept leading back to the same thing: maybe healing isn’t about becoming someone new. Maybe it’s about remembering who the hell you were before you were taught there was something wrong with you.

This is our story of the medicine, the messages, the moments we still can’t fully explain, and the beginning of a journey that ultimately led us straight into the work we’re building together.
