In this episode of Alchemy Unhinged, we’re taking you inside the plant medicine journey that changed the way we understood ourselves, each other, and the work we’re here to do.

For Auric, the journey cracked open one of the deepest pieces of religious conditioning he carried from childhood: the belief that he was inherently bad. Born a sinner. Taught to fear the snake. And then the medicine asked a completely different question: what if the snake was never evil?

For Jo-Lynn, the medicine opened an entirely different door, revealing the relationship between her voice, healing, plant medicine, and the medicine she already carries within herself.

Two people. One week. Completely different journeys.

And somehow, every thread kept leading back to the same thing: maybe healing isn’t about becoming someone new. Maybe it’s about remembering who the hell you were before you were taught there was something wrong with you.

This is our story of the medicine, the messages, the moments we still can’t fully explain, and the beginning of a journey that ultimately led us straight into the work we’re building together.
