    It’s no secret that as we age, losing weight can become more of a challenge.  And for those of us who are over 50, this challenge can feel almost impossible.

    Today I am here to discuss 5 challenges you may be facing when it comes to weight loss after the age of 50 and what you can do to try and overcome them.

    YES, it is possible to lose weight, at any age, and keep it off. 

    I completely understand the difficulty of losing weight and keeping it off! And, I want you to know that it is possible after the age of 50…even though we may think not. 

    I have figured it out and I have helped many clients lose weight, so I know first hand it can be done.

    Wow!!! Having the right routines in place can help take away stress, give you better focus, open up your creativity, save you time, make it easier to make healthy choices and they can make your life easier!

    A routine works because it is intentional and thoughtful about the actions that will be taken at the beginning and end of the day.

  • How to Stay Committed and Focussed on Your Weight Loss Journey

    Do you find that after the excitement of starting your weightless journey or a healthy eating program or a walking or training program, that after about a couple of weeks, you start to lack the motivation, commitment, and focus to keep going?

    And before you know it, you’re back to your old ways and maybe even feeling discouraged?

    In this podcast, we will take a look at how you can stay committed and focussed when it comes to mindset, nutrition, and exercise.  You will get some resources and tips on how you can keep moving forward even when your motivations begins to wane.

    And, the key to any of this is to start slowly and know that it is ok to falter as long as you just get back up and keep moving forward.  

    At the end, I will share a powerful and simple non-negotiable exercise for you to do.  It has helped me on my health journey and is something I use with all my clients.
