Do you find that after the excitement of starting your weightless journey or a healthy eating program or a walking or training program, that after about a couple of weeks, you start to lack the motivation, commitment, and focus to keep going?
And before you know it, you’re back to your old ways and maybe even feeling discouraged?
In this podcast, we will take a look at how you can stay committed and focussed when it comes to mindset, nutrition, and exercise. You will get some resources and tips on how you can keep moving forward even when your motivations begins to wane.
And, the key to any of this is to start slowly and know that it is ok to falter as long as you just get back up and keep moving forward.
At the end, I will share a powerful and simple non-negotiable exercise for you to do. It has helped me on my health journey and is something I use with all my clients.
