Lee Fluker – Hospitality Design with Purpose

With over 20 years of experience in domestic and international hospitality design, Lee Fluker leads Bolt + Riot Studio with a deep commitment to crafting spaces that enhance guest experiences and elevate brand identity. Her portfolio spans luxury hotels, historic restorations, high-end gaming resorts, and select-service properties—each project rooted in an understanding of how design shapes the way guests feel, interact, and connect.

Lee's expertise goes beyond aesthetics; she understands the nuances of hotel operations, guest flow, and the small yet impactful details that transform a stay from ordinary to unforgettable. Her approach is highly collaborative—working closely with clients to uncover what makes their property unique and translating that essence into a cohesive, immersive environment. From vibrant hotel lobbies that invite connection to restaurants that feel both intimate and dynamic, Lee's designs are thoughtful, guest-centered, and experience-driven.

A graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Interior Architecture, Lee is passionate about the intersection of storytelling and spatial design. Outside of work, she finds joy in family life, adores her dogs, and is known for her love of furniture design, quick wit, and a well-crafted dirty martini.

    2025/04/04

Anna Evans is a Functional Medicine Provider and a board-certified family nurse practitioner with over 12 years of clinical experience in both conventional and functional medicine. I believe in the importance of balance, and although my values align with a more holistic approach to healing, I understand that integrative medicine has its place. My focus in healthcare is about healing the physical and mental from the inside out, to provide an open heart and mind to listen, show empathy and understanding, and to offer a safe and nonjudgmental environment, free of any gaslighting.

But long before my career began, I was just a young, wide-eyed little girl, running around the streets of Russia and Lithuania. My home environment involved plenty of whole and nutrient-dense foods, daily movement, sunshine, and a lack of pharmaceutical intervention. Upon moving to the U.S. as a teenager, I was met with a very different way of living, where industrial jungles were taking over, fast food joints could be found on every corner, and stress levels continued to climb.

The rapid change in lifestyle led to a myriad of symptoms, such as digestive discomfort, restlessness and impaired sleep, fatigue, and depression. So began my journey towards restoration...

  • Episode 6: Season 2: Episode 6 with Ashley Parrish
    2025/02/14

Ashley has spent 16 years as a licensed social worker, empowering women and children to break cycles, reclaim their voices, and step into their worth. She’s the founder of Squeeze of Life, a space built on the belief that healing doesn’t just happen in a one-hour session, it happens in community, in connection, in the spaces where women feel seen, supported, and held long after the conversation ends.

Her work defies the borders of traditional therapy, not because therapy isn’t powerful, (it is! and it’s necessary), but because she believes true transformation requires something more. A place where women don’t just process their pain but rise from it. A space where healing isn’t just about insight, but about integration, where deep conversations turn into real-life shifts, where women aren’t just guided but truly supported, mentored, and empowered to step into their fullest expression. Because empowered women empower women, and healing isn’t meant to be a solo journey.

The name Squeeze of Life comes from something Ashley has always believed - that the juice is worth the squeeze. The work isn’t easy. Peeling back layers, unlearning old patterns, rewriting the narrative, it’s stretchy, uncomfortable, messy, and sometimes it feels like too much. But when you push through, when you allow yourself to grow, you don’t just continue living, you get catapulted into the life you were meant for. The desires, the visions, the goals that once felt out of reach become your reality. Life is going to throw lemons, that’s a given. But it’s not about avoiding the hard moments, it’s about how you move through them. How you stop reacting from old programming and start seeing with new eyes. How you stop living from your wounds and start leading from your worth.

Ashley isn’t just here to help women heal. She’s here to help them remember. To shed the weight of shame, conditioning, and all the ‘shoulds’ that keep them disconnected from who they were always meant to be. Her work is about peeling back the layers, holding sacred space, and guiding women back to their authenticity, the version of themselves that feels free, powerful, and alive.

A children’s book author, a clinician, a Women’s Coach, and a lifelong learner, Ashley believes in the power of community, deep inner work, and unapologetic self-expression. She’s constantly evolving, constantly learning, and her greatest gift is reflecting back the brilliance, strength, and limitless potential that so many women have been conditioned to forget.

She’s here to shake things up. To create spaces where women feel seen, held, and activated in ways they never have before. This isn’t about surface-level self-help. This is about transformation.
