    Whether you are someone who is experienced trauma or anxiety, or you know someone that has you realize that it isn’t as easy as washing your hands. It takes hard work. You need to have patience. You need to experience laughter. You need to be able to forgive yourself for allowing yourself to live through that and forgive the person that caused you the harm I’m not asking you to take them out for a steak dinner. I’m saying write a letter be harsh. Say what you gotta say and then burn it. Release the anger, the anxiety I hate whatever you’re feeling whatever the emotions are release it and know that you’re OK. You don’t have to be OK. It’s OK to say I need help. We talked about the woman that was on the Old Man show who had left her Amish family and what that means when you leave the encampments it was a great conversation. We also talked about the new series for reality. It’s About the Amish community trying to bring in English people to convert to Amish so that they can keep their community rebuilding lots of laughs and it was OK to not be OK cause I had my friends there
