Then again, what would you expect from a self-admitted killer, grave robber, transvestite, arsonist, and cannibal?
Was he telling the truth about all of his crimes, or was he just another serial liar who wanted the love and attention he never got at home?
It is my hope that this story helps to answer some of those questions, and if not, then Toole, like his buddy Henry Lee Lucas, took some of his most coveted secrets with him to the grave.
