Grover talks about his 2013 book, Relentless: From Good to Great to Unstoppable, in which he talks about character traits of elite achievers, or Cleaners, as he puts it. In the book, he underlines how they think and act. All Cleaners have one thing in common: the ability to achieve the end result over and over. All of his clients, including MJ and Kobe, chased immortality and caught it. But the book failed to teach people just how to go about being relentless. This is where the winning comes to play.
