あらすじ・解説

This collection contains Bedtime Relaxations for Children, More Bedtime Relaxations for Children, and Relax Everyone. These guided relaxations have been devised to relax and soothe the busiest of minds at the end of the day.

Relaxations for Children at Bedtime contains 12 different guided relaxations that can be listened to night after night. Each session will guide your child safely through a series of relaxation techniques and take them on different imaginary journeys that will help them clear their minds and relax physically and emotionally, making it easy for them to fall asleep.

Learning to relax at an early age is an important life skill that can be drawn on at any time, however young or old. This program will allow you to stop worrying about your child falling asleep and take some time to rest and recharge yourself. Also included is a bonus track, “Relax Everyone”, a guided relaxation that is suitable for the whole family.

This audio class has been devised and narrated by leading yoga, relaxation, and meditation teacher Sue Fuller. Sue has been teaching yoga since 1995 and is the creator of the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes. She is also a course author for the BSY and a regular columnist for Natural Health (UK).
