This audiobook is a collection of self-love affirmations - positive thoughts that will transform your beliefs and attitude towards yourself. It incorporates positive affirmations for self-love, self-esteem, confidence, and self-respect. I have divided the audiobook into segments. Each segment has 30 affirmations for self-love that you repeat thrice. Repeat each affirmation at least once and let it sink into your subconscious. Do not overthink the ones that feel like a lie; take it as a process of engineering your subconscious with new, empowering beliefs. There may be resistance in the beginning, but like any other practice, it will soon get easier and the affirmations will be more believable.
