Michael Bernard Beckwith is the founder and spiritual director of Agape International Spiritual Center in Los Angeles, California. He is a featured teacher in the film and book The Secret. In the '70s, he began an inward journey into the teachings of East and West, and today he teaches universal truth principles found in the new thought-ancient wisdom tradition of spirituality. Gifted with a vision of a trans-denominational spiritual community, he speaks to a congregation of more than 9,000 people weekly at Agape.

Voices: Vol. 2 is the second installment of the Voices series by Black Males in Education St. Louis (BMESTL) in an attempt to project the work, accomplishments, and perspectives of Black male educators. Based on the success of Voices: Vol. 1, there is little doubt that Vol. 2 will not only be a compelling listen, but will also inspire more Black men (and women) to find their authentic voice while encouraging others to enter the field of education.

The Corner Scribblers is a small writer's support group in the Chattanooga area comprised of writers, authors, and storytellers from a wide range of skills and backgrounds. We come together once a month to discuss our current projects, recent accomplishments and to share what we have each learned about the craft.
