So says every woman unfortunate enough to be treated at the “Care One Free Clinic.” In exchange for “free” medical care, these poor women, young and old, pay dearly by enduring spartan conditions, low-end everything, and a lack of privacy that is downright appalling.

In this story of deplorable humiliation, janitor Forrest Franklin is asked to cover for an overly busy Dr. Thompson by heading over to a nearby grocery store where one of the cashiers needs a complete physical as per state requirements. But this isn’t just any clerk. No, sir. Twenty-three-year-old Casey Collins is as beautiful and shapely as they come. She is also as modest, nervous, and embarrassed as they come. Well, she has every reason to be embarrassed. It’s bad enough that this shivering maiden needs to be examined in the not-so-private stockroom in the back of the store.

What these poor women must endure in order to save money is appalling—all so that four young men who have no interest in becoming doctors can have the thrill of their lives. It’s disgraceful, disturbing, and disgusting…which, according to these guys, is a very good thing!

Poor Kelsey Williams! This 18-year-old high school senior is so excited about flying to London tomorrow for her class trip! Unfortunately, she innocently forgot to get a physical exam before she'll be allowed to leave. Not to worry… dirty-minded Headmaster Johnathan Spottisswoode has teamed up with the dirty-minded biology teacher to conduct a last-minute exam right here in school…under Johnathan's careful oversight, of course! The poor girl…it's bad enough to have to submit to any comprehensive medical exam.

Highschool Bible Studies teacher, Aubrey Jameson, loves her job more than anything. Unfortunately, her choice of attire is not in keeping with the high moral standards one would expect at a school as pious and dignified as Evergreen Academy. And the dirty-minded school headmaster, Johnathan Spottisswoode won't stand for it!

In this story of boundless humiliation, Forrest and Dr. Thompson arrive at a local high school where one of the teachers needs a last-minute physical before being allowed to accompany the seniors on a class trip to Holland. But this isn’t just any school—it’s Forrest’s alma mater. And their patient isn’t just any teacher—Lisa Landry was his eleventh-grade trigonometry teacher. And the meanest teacher he ever had!

Forrest is invited by Dr. Thompson to “assist” him in examining his next patient—make that two! Much to Forrest’s pleasant surprise, the doc has conveniently scheduled Jennifer Monroe, a hot forty-something, to have her physical at the same time as her stepdaughter, Kayla! Not that this was an easy task! Both women are profoundly modest, and Kayla, a college-bound freshman, is as shy and innocent as they come. But in the end, both women wind up shivering in nothing but paper gowns as their two “doctors” take them to the outer limits of medical humiliation.

In this dirty-minded tale, all nurses at the clinic are due for their annual physicals—and Forrest is thrilled out of his mind when Dr. Thompson invites him to “help out”! Not that these four lovely and well-shaped nurses are thrilled! When they arrive and find him there—at the request of Dr. Thompson—they are a hot mess of shock, outrage, and over-the-top embarrassment. And that embarrassment only multiplies when they discover that Forrest is not just there to watch but to help out by performing many of the same duties as the doctor himself!

For a simple janitor, Forrest Franklin is a pretty smart guy. He has just landed himself a new job…at a woman’s health clinic! This dirty-minded fella figures he’ll just keep his eyes open and maybe catch a glimpse of a cute young lady in a johnnie once in a while. That sure would keep him whistling while he works! Well, as sweet luck would have it, this hard-working pervert is about to get way more than he bargained for when one of the doctors, the less-than-ethical Marty Thompson, asks for Forrest’s help—right in the exam room!

Teaching may be a thankless profession at times, but you’ll sure be thankful when you hear all about it!

Suzanne Palmer, a fetching but modest forty-eight-year-old woman, is as thrilled as any woman could possibly be! The teacher of a Photography for Men class at a retirement community in Florida, she is always in search of successful photographers to come and teach one of her classes. But today, she’s hit the jackpot! The legendary and world-renowned Matthew Rodgers has agreed to come in! Suzanne is on cloud nine! Matthew Rodgers is her all-time hero, and when he arrives, she discovers that he is strikingly handsome as well! But what starts off as thrilling quickly turns to mortifying.

Not many women are as modest about their bodies as Professor of Anatomy Faith Turner. Having spent the first forty years of her life overweight, she has little appreciation for her curves. But that was then. Now, at forty-six, Faith has finally achieved a more or less normal weight. Unfortunately, she still sees herself as she once was. And her husband doesn’t help. He’s so disinterested in sex that he seldom seems to want it, leaving her to doubt herself even more. Well, one of her students, Parker Sullivan, the son of a very wealthy business tycoon, happens to disagree.

In this foxy tale, Melanie Brown has just started teaching a group of men who are inmates at the state maximum security prison—putting her heart and soul into helping them earn their high school equivalency certificates. But she no sooner gets started on their first lesson when things start to get nasty. It would appear that the five young men in her class find it very unfair that they all had to be strip-searched upon entering the prison, but not her. Naturally, they have a very simple solution to this injustice: Melanie will need to be strip-searched as well. By them, of course!
