Your next scene is waiting—step into it with courage, clarity, and conviction.

In this book, Dr. Davis discusses how leaders experience many failures over their careers and create false narratives about themselves. Through personal reflections and concrete examples from his 32 years in public education, Dr. Davis shares his research on 15 leadership characteristics that promote psychological safety in the workplace.
