Community Change is an online, peer-reviewed, graduate student journal that seeks to explore multiple approaches to democratic community development and change. This interdisciplinary journal examines the practices, processes, and individual and collective struggles that produce change at all levels of society. Community Change adopts a broad definition of community development that includes issues relating to public policy, democratization, collective action, physical and social infrastructure developments, agency, and efficacy. The Design for Change Empathy Podcast series is an opportunity for students to build empathy around a selected topic by listening voices of students, experts, and those designing real world solutions to some of society's most pressing social justice issues. With each podcast being around 10 minutes, these can be introductions to topics and inspiration for students to start designing their own solutions.
