This audiobook is a detailed look at Adrenal Fatigue symptoms, diagnosis and treatment by a fellow sufferer, who has experienced this stress-related syndrome. I, the author, have also found treatments and lifestyle change methods that have been tremendously effective in relieving my symptoms. Many asthma patients (for which I am one), experience ongoing struggles, with frequent changes in their lung function. I have reviewed lots of books that are trashy with their grammar and their punctuating and with their spelling. These do not get past me without a bash review being placed on them. I simply won't let them pass through my screening gates because they don't deserve to be recognized as books worthy of being read. I'm not some bitter guy, I just don't like seeing all of these so called "authors" out there publishing their trashy little books.
