Manuel Machado, one of the Machado brothers, was a poet of the so called "Generation of 98". He wrote poetry in the "Andalusian style" and dramatic works, some in collaboration with his brother Antonio Machado. Manuel Machado's poetry is different to his more famous brother but it has the same quality and class.
