Each short story is based on actual events and meant to entertain as well as provide some insight into a career in ER Medicine and the practice of Anesthesia. The style of writing is meant for people with a non medical as well as a medical background. The stories vary from 'you can't make this up' humorous side of practicing medicine to very serious medical care scenarios.
