This book is a "self-help" guide for immigrants written by an immigrant. It provides valuable insights, short stories, and lessons concerning the common errors and pitfalls immigrants sometimes make, especially when relocating to the United States of America. It covers the required preparation before permanent travel, relocating, settling, cross-cultural relationships and marriage overseas, returning to one's homeland after retirement, and suggestions for maintaining good health and balance as an immigrant.

Humans are, in in fundamental ways, a migratory species, more so than any other land mammal. Migration is one of the most toxically controversial subjects of our day, but it is not only an issue of our age.
