筆者はこれまで、メルマガなどで各地・各学校でのIT機器（主にタブレット）の導入について、いくつもの事例をご紹介しつつ、様々な観点で情報をお伝えしてきた。そこでは、筆者なりの「現場への導入はどうあるべきか」というイメージがあった。今回は、そうした話を一度総括したいと思う。その上で、個々の事例がどうこうということよりも、「どういう議論があり」「どういう条件を大切にすべきか」という意見を述べてみたい。これはあくまでたたき台であり、今からお話する内容が正しい、と主張するつもりはない。しかし、現状で、多くの人にとって「観点」が示されていない現状では、まずそれを整理することが重要、と考える。みなさんも、ここに示す条件について、ご自身の意見を考えてみていただけると幸いだ。(本文より)小寺・西田の「金曜ランチビュッフェ　はこちらから→http://yakan-hiko.com/kode-nishi.html
