  • S.2 Eps. 4: Atomic Habits for Soulful Growth
    2025/07/30

What if transforming your life didn’t mean overhauling everything overnight—but starting with one small, soul-aligned step?

In this episode, I unpack how the 4-step framework from Atomic HabitsCue, Craving, Response, Reward—can help us build habits that support not just productivity, but presence, healing, and self-love.

And let’s be real—change is not easy. It’s messy, uncomfortable, and sometimes you’ll want to quit halfway through your meditation to check your email (same). But tiny shifts, done with intention, add up. I’ll share how I’ve used these tools to reconnect with my heart, slow down, and build a life that actually feels good on the inside.

    We’ll explore:
🌿 What triggers your habits (and how to interrupt the old ones)
🌿 Craving change that aligns with who you’re becoming
🌿 Responding with grace instead of pressure
🌿 Celebrating the small wins (yes, getting out of bed counts)

Meeting Your Soul is a space for real conversations about healing, wholeness, and heart-centered growth. Let’s journey together—with ancient wisdom, somatic practices, and a whole lot of compassion.

🌀 Change is hard. You don’t have to do it alone.

  • S.2 Ep.3 | Presence, Acceptance + Confidence
    2025/06/15

Presence + Self Acceptance + Confidence = Authenticity

Over the past decade, I've leaned into what true authenticity really means to me. Yoga has helped me peel back the layers of who I thought I should be to become who I truly am and allow others to see that full expression. However, I have struggled with people pleasing for years and have forgotten who I was in order to fit in. I've always regretted this and over the last few years specifically focused on shining as a bright as possible.

So, tune in as I dive into the three key elements:
    1. Finding Presence
    2. Integrating Your Light + Dark
    3. What does confidence look like to you?

  • S.2 Ep. 3 || Opposite of Crashing Out...
    2025/04/06

How easy is it to crash out when you feel triggered? I know I've been there and honestly have one of the worse tempers, but what I have learned is that saying hurtful things or acting out of pain never gets me to where I ultimately want to be. It drifts me further from what I am seeking, which is authentic connection. Effective communication is a skill that can be developed and improved with practice and is crucial for maintaining strong and healthy bonds. By implementing these tips, you can create more understanding and support within all of your relationships. Through years of working at crisis lines, teaching active listening workshops and holding space in a variety of environments, I have gathered a few tips that we can incorporate into every day life:

    • Active listening: Understand and validate the other person's point of view before responding.
    • Assertiveness: Advocate for your needs in a respectful and non-aggressive manner.
    • Composure: Keep calm to prevent the conversation from escalating further.
    • Empathy: See the situation from the person’s perspective and understand the emotions they might be experiencing.
    • Problem-solving: Work to find a solution that benefits all parties.

    Tips for Setting Boundaries:

    Self-Reflection:
Consider where you feel overwhelmed, stressed, or resentful. Are there specific relationships, situations, or activities that consistently drain your energy?

    Communicate Your Boundaries:
Be clear, direct and respectful. Communicate your boundaries in a calm and assertive manner, even when facing resistance.

    Enforce Your Boundaries:

    • Don't waver or apologize for setting boundaries.
    • Learn to decline requests that don't align with your needs or limits.
    • Learn to recognize your limits and prioritize your well-being.
    • Don't rely on others to know what you need; communicate your needs directly.
    • Be prepared for resistance and maintain your boundaries firmly.

  • S2 | Ep.2: let's be honest
    2025/03/17

Vulnerability is consciously choosing to not hide your emotions and desires from others and is not my strength in this lifetime. I’m not sneaky, but I do keep my cards close to my chest. I don’t like for people to see the full picture of what I am doing because I’m usual afraid that they won’t understand or even worse judge me. But as this venus and mercury retrogrades are in full effect, we’re SHOWING UP differently and I thought I’d share some tips I’ve learned along with pitfalls I’ve experienced as I’ve attempted to connect on a deeper level.

What to keep in mind when exploring vulnerability:

    1. Recognize the courage: It takes courage to be vulnerable, so acknowledge that. Tell the story of who you are with courage.
    2. Let go of perfectionism: Don't worry about being perfect, and don't compare yourself to others.
    3. Be compassionate: offer it to ourselves
    4. Be authentic: Be true to yourself and don't let fear stop you.
    5. Explore your emotions: Acknowledge your feelings and don't avoid them.
    6. Show up: Be willing to be seen and to share your needs.
