My beloved podcast family, I'm teary-eyed as I'm writing these words. It has been such a long time and I've missed you so damn much. I'm sorry for being away from the podcast for so long. Life has been overwhelming, beautiful, deep, sad, happy, surprising, expansive and colorful. That being said, I couldn't imagine a better guest for my "comeback" than the beautiful Ita Morrissey. I've worked with Ita at the beginning of the year and went through intense times of change and uncertainty with her. She guided me safely to places within me that I haven't been able to connect with in years and helped me to unlock some of my hearts hidden treasures, gifts and longings.
