Hey World! In this episode I do a more deep look inside of the emotions that were suppressed for years. I also didn't realize I was carrying and exhibiting symptoms of PTSD. These symptoms had being occurring for years before I even was able to realize it. The only reason I was able to see it was because I took the time to look inside so that the wreckage can begin to clear. I open with you and share some traumatic experiences with you, that was so hard for me to do. I go a little more deeper in connecting with you in this episode.
