    When you tune in to Zig Ziegler, The Sports Kinesiologist expect the truth about improving sports performance and preventing or recovering from injuries.   Specializing in Kinesiotherapy, Sports Performance, Post Rehab Conditioning, and Corrective Exercise, Zig brings over 30 years of experience working with individuals and teams in sports performance, injury prevention, exercise physiology, nutrition, weight loss, fitness, biomechanics, altitude training, Vo2 testing and cardiovascular improvement, and overall life transformation.

    Through his career, Zig has assisted over 100,000 athletes in transforming their performances including some of the world’s best in professional Running, Baseball, Basketball, Softball, Football, Tennis, Fastpitch, Golf, Olympic Sports and individuals in many other sports make improvements in health, fitness, sports performance, and injury recovery.

    In his career, Zig has also developed wearable systems for monitoring and measuring running technique. Other biomechanics systems developed by Zig include technology for analyzing human movement including golf swings, pitching/throwing biomechanics, baseball/softball swing biomechanics, soccer kicking biomechanics, and basketball shooting biomechanics, and functional movement screening.
