I am Henny Moody, founder of Feel Good Naked. I have guided thousands of women to transform their bodies, their minds, and their lives. I started in the fitness industry and became the head of a seven-figure brand, but I walked away because I knew the truth. Women do not need another plan, another diet, or another quick fix. They need a complete rewiring of how they think, how they act, and how they see themselves. That is the work I do, and it is why this podcast exists.


I have seen women break free from years of yo-yo dieting, crippling self-sabotage, and the belief that they are not enough. I have watched them build discipline, confidence, and a body they are proud of, but more importantly a life they finally own. Transformation is not about motivation. It is about identity. When you change who you are at the deepest level, your habits, your standards, and your results follow.
