  • #352 - HOW I MANIFESTED MY DREAM LIFE — and How You Can Too

    Hi there 💛

    I’m so excited to share this quite personal episode with you - taking us back to when I was 22 — a little lost, close to broke, and unsure where life was heading.

    I was living in a new country, when a 3am moment of restlessness sparked something inside me. With a little nudge from my partner Paul, I wrote down a simple list of dreams.

    Nothing fancy — just heartfelt intentions like wanting a career I loved, a way to stay connected to my family in Sweden, and enough money to live and call back home.

    That small act of writing those dreams down changed everything. It was the beginning of what became kikki.K, and now Dream Life.

    In this episode, I’m sharing how that moment turned into what I call my dream life, and how you can begin manifesting yours — no matter where you’re starting from.

    Here’s what you’ll learn:

    Why writing down your dreams is so powerful (and what science says about it)
    The exact three steps I use to manifest (you can start today!)

    The book is called The Dose Effect by Dr. TJ Power – and it’s one of the most relevant, practical, and powerful books I’ve read in a long time.

    It was actually recommended by Anna from our GROW Book Club (thank you, Anna!), and it honestly feels like one of those rare books that lands in your hands just when you need it.
