Welcome to Ace in the Hole, a podcast to help guard against burnout, imposter syndrome and other obstacles that stand in the way of what you want in business. Not what other people want for you, or what you receive accolades for… what YOU want. We like to think our work lives and personal lives are separate, but if you struggle with something personally, it probably shows up professionally (and vice versa). This podcast will focus on how our inner world affects how we show up in business situations and how we act. Each podcast will touch on something to learn, why it’s important, who it impacts and the “secret sauce” to fix it. In this first episode I’ll talk about how you look at your business and the people in it. Do you think you are a failure (identity) if something you do (action) fails?
