Every week I introduce myself and then acknowledge both you and your body! And now I want to spill the tea on why I chose that (and will continue to do so)

My point of view has always been that I am not my body - I swear I came here with that…

However, while doing my Doctor thing, I noticed that people have differing points of view and a dominant one is that you ARE your body. 

First of all, that just seems way too boring to me. But in all seriousness, please ask yourself this question: Am I my body? Or am I the same as my body? And see what awareness comes to you

I have been aware that a lot of people are experiencing pain and suffering in their bodies and what has worked in the past to mitigate their pain is not working anymore. Throwing money at this issue may not resolve the problem.

How do I know? Because I have been a recipient of that as a Doctor and I have thrown money at my own body pain as a patient. 

It was different information that led to a completely new perspective and not only a reduction in bodily pain but a whole different world. 

One where I acknowledge the greatness of my body, her own consciousness and how much she wants to contribute to me! Kind of beyond this reality type shit

It has taken me my own time to get there but I’m there and I know a different reality is possible with bodies!
