Welcome to the Spiritually Fit Yoga podcast! This episode is part two of learning how to teach the VITALITY section of the Baptiste Journey into Power practice. This 30-minute class is a basic example of how to sequence Journey into Power (JIP) which includes a the Integration, Awakening, and Vitality sections of JIP. At the end of the class you will be led into hip openings, hamstring stretches, supine twists, and a savasana in silence for deep rest. Namaste.
