Welcome to episode 1 of my YTT Diary series! These episodes will focus primarily on the process of obtaining your first yoga teacher training certification, and I will discuss things like choosing a studio, preparing for class, reflections on lessons and philosophies, and more. As for this episode we’re starting at the very beginning. Often in yoga classes we are encouraged to do a little self-reflection and set some intentions at the beginning of practice, so that is where we begin here. I will introduce the series, talk about my practice and my relationship with yoga, and set some intentions that we can return to in moments of doubt or overwhelm no matter where we are or what journeys we are on.
