Rooted in the teachings of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, this deeply restorative practice follows the classical structure of Yoga Nidra—moving from physical stillness and breath awareness into psychic visualization, chakra attunement, and subtle energy awakening.
We’ll travel through the primary chakras, invoking their symbols, sensations, and seed sounds:

You'll also connect with Bindu, the moonlike point of transcendence at the top-back of the head. Through imagery, breath, and vibration, the chakras are visualized as radiant lotus flowers and symbolic forms—each representing a portal to deeper awareness.
