    2025/05/21

    Hey Sis,

Have you ever become a mother while still healing the girl inside of you?
Have you ever felt like you were walking into something sacred—yet your heart was still aching from something you never asked for?

In this episode of Xpose H.E.R., we dive into the silent wounds that come with unexpected motherhood, especially when the journey begins with trauma. Juliet Wise opens up about navigating pregnancy after a confusing and painful experience with someone she thought was a safe space—a friend—only to be left alone in a storm she didn’t create.

This is a story of grief, rage, confusion, and eventually—resilience.
It’s a call for every woman who’s ever mothered a child while still learning how to mother herself.
It’s for the woman who stopped dreaming because survival took over.

    We talk about:
🌿 Intimacy with self after betrayal
🌿The trauma of being gaslit and abandoned
🌿Finding your voice and reclaiming your narrative

In this raw and intimate episode of Xpose H.E.R., host Juliet Wise opens up about a deeply personal chapter—losing her virginity at 15—and the silent emotional wounds it left behind. This episode speaks to every woman who has felt the confusion, shame, or longing that can come with early sexual experiences.

Juliet shares the truth behind her first time: the unanswered questions, the craving for affection, and how a lack of sexual education and emotional support shaped her relationship with her body and intimacy. You’ll explore how trauma and desire can coexist, how culture distorts our view of sexuality, and how we can reclaim our stories, rewrite the shame, and rediscover sacred connection.

  • The Weight of Silence When Pain has no Words
    2025/04/23

    Hey Sis,

In this deeply personal episode, I’m pulling back the curtain and sharing a part of my story that’s lived in the shadows for far too long. I’m Juliet Wise, The Intimacy Alchemist, and today we’re unpacking the heavy, invisible weight of silence I carried after surviving abuse.

Sis, that silence wasn’t just about staying quiet. It was about survival. It was a shield, a way to protect myself while still trying to show up for everybody else. But what I didn’t realize was how it built an invisible wall between me and the people who loved me… and how it made it almost impossible for me to fully love and connect with them back.

But sis… that silence came at a cost. It made me a warrior for everybody else, but it also left me feeling isolated, misunderstood, and disconnected from my own heart. Even those closest to me sometimes mistook my protection for aggression. I didn’t have the words back then — just the weight.

In this episode, I’m sharing how that silence shaped me into a fierce protector, how it made me an advocate for others, and how it complicated my ability to be vulnerable, to trust, and to let people in. I’ll talk about how I was misunderstood — even by the ones closest to me — and how I started finding my voice, piece by piece.

    We’ll explore:

How silence became my survival strategy

The way trauma made me a protector and advocate

The tension between protecting others and hiding my own pain

The hidden cost of unspoken truths on our emotional intimacy

And the tender, powerful journey of breaking silence and reclaiming your voice

Sis, this isn’t just my story — it’s ours. If you’ve ever carried a silence that felt too heavy to name, this episode is for you. Together, we’ll gently explore those quiet places in our hearts and take one small, brave step toward healing, connection, and freedom.

You don’t have to carry it alone anymore.
