Not one to shy away from hard work or getting her hands dirty in the shop, Abby acknowledges the challenges of managing partners and sponsors in the industry by emphasizing the importance of being valuable to each partner, maintaining a good image, and being accessible to fans while balancing her responsibilities to be a positive role model for young female race car drivers.
