This is the first of a series of talks to help you connect with your spirit guides. Each talk is designed to make this work easier, more enjoyable and to take away the stress and anxiety that often hamper us from making the connection.
We start by busting some myths on spirit guides, and go on to discuss how you can prepare yourself to connect and begin to receive and interpret the subtle messages that our Guides give us.
