• GPTs and Grace: How to Build AI Tools That Work While You Rest | S1E4 with Dr. Tavis Taylor
    2025/08/14
Welcome back to the show. Today’s episode is for the go-getters, the kingdom builders, the solopreneurs, and the coaches who love Jesus—but are dangerously close to burnout. Our title? “GPTs and Grace: How to Build Tools That Work While You Rest.” Because hustle doesn’t equal holy. And building in alignment with God’s rhythm means embracing both work and rest—not just striving, but stewarding. Let’s talk Sabbath automation, AI delegation, and how to create without crashing.Welcome to the show where faith meets flow, and holy hustle gets redefined.I’m so glad you’re here—because today, we’re talking about something that could radically shift the way you work, rest, and build in the Kingdom. This episode is called “GPTs and Grace: How to Build Tools That Work While You Rest.”We’re going to unpack:Why hustle doesn’t equal holy,How artificial intelligence—specifically GPTs—can serve your God-given calling,And what it means to delegate with wisdom, rest with trust, and create without crashing.God modeled rest in creation. What if the tools in your hand could help you do the same?Let’s dive in.GPT Definition Insert (Podcast-Ready)Host:Hey—quick pause before we dive deeper. You might be wondering, “What’s a GPT?”Great question.GPT stands for Generative Pre-trained Transformer—but don’t let the techy name scare you.In plain English? It’s like a virtual assistant you train with your words. You tell it how to talk, what to do, and it helps you create content, respond to emails, manage workflows—even support your prayer life.Think of it as a faithful helper—your digital teammate—that works in your voice, on your values, and while you rest. We’re not just using AI—we’re discipling it to serve the Kingdom.Alright, back to the show. Why Hustle Doesn’t Equal HolyLet’s get one thing straight: Jesus didn’t run on hustle culture. God created the world in six days—and then rested. Genesis 2:2 says, "By the seventh day God had finished the work He had been doing; so on the seventh day He rested from all His work." Not because He was tired, but because rest is holy. Rest is built into creation. Psalm 127:2 says, “In vain you rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat— for He grants sleep to those He loves.” The Kingdom runs on obedience, not overexertion. And that’s where technology—used wisely—can support a Sabbath lifestyle. What if you could build tools that operate while you sleep, serve while you Sabbath, and scale without sacrificing your soul?How-To – Build Your First GPT in a WeekendThink building a GPT is only for tech geniuses? Think again. Day 1 – Plan: - Identify one repetitive task - Map out success Day 2 – Build: - Use ChatGPT or another builder - Use plain language prompts Proverbs 21:5 says, “The plans of the diligent lead surely to abundance, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.”Tips – Use GPTs for Every Part of Your LifeHere are some GPT ideas: - Content Creation - Email Responses - Prayer Partner Support - Business Operations Colossians 3:23 says, “Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.”Bonus Segment: GPT Prayer Prompt of the Week“Holy Spirit, show me what I need to release, so I can rest. Lead me to build tools that reflect Your rhythms—fruitful and restful.”OutroMatthew 11:28 says, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” With the right tools, you can honor both your calling and your capacity. Thanks for tuning in to this episode of “GPTs and Grace.” Until next time, keep resting, keep creating, and keep choosing graceIf you would like to connect with Dr. TavisLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/drtavistaylor/Learn AI from our Website here: https://womenwithai.infoI’m Dr. Tavis Taylor — The Digital Midwife™ — and this is WomenWithAI™.Until next time…Go automate with oil.Connect with Dr. Tavis Taylors Quick Links here >>

Faith, Focus, and the Algorithm with Dr. Tavis Taylor

The Prophetic Power of Focus and Automation

    Scripture:

“Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it.” – Habakkuk 2:2

Your mind is a garden. Whatever you plant there—through your focus, your words, and your habits—will grow. The same is true for your AI tools. They respond to what you “feed” them. When you understand that focus is both a spiritual discipline and a mental algorithm, you stop leaving your results to chance. You start aligning your thoughts with God’s Word and teaching your tools to follow suit.

    Shift Through Prompts, Not Pressure

Several years ago, a woman named Mariah was stuck in a cycle of burnout. She prayed for change but felt overwhelmed and unproductive. Instead of trying to push harder, she began starting her mornings with faith-based prompts—questions that directed her thoughts toward gratitude, vision, and what God was speaking over her life.

She then mirrored those same prompts in her AI assistant, training it to give her daily Scripture-based affirmations, strategic priorities, and encouragement. Within 90 days, she was calmer, more productive, and walking in opportunities she had once thought were out of reach.

Her breakthrough came not from working harder—but from aligning her brain’s Reticular Activating System (RAS) with her AI’s algorithms.

Deep Dive – The RAS & AI Connection

The Reticular Activating System is a network in your brainstem that filters information. Out of millions of sensory inputs each day, it decides what gets your attention. It’s why, when you buy a red car, you suddenly see red cars everywhere.

AI works the same way. It’s trained by repeated inputs—the prompts and data you give it. If you consistently feed it God-centered priorities, it will return answers and ideas that match that focus. Your RAS is your internal search engine. AI is your external one. Align both, and you multiply the power of your focus.

Practical Tools – Faith + AI Alignment

Daily Journal Prompts (for your RAS):

    1. What is God speaking to me today?

    2. What promise from Scripture do I need to focus on?

    3. What one thing will I give my best energy to today?

    4. What blessing from yesterday am I grateful for?

    5. Where can I show Kingdom excellence in my work or relationships today?

    Daily Ritual:

    • Morning: Read your chosen Scripture → Ask AI to create an affirmation or declaration based on it → Speak it out loud 3 times.

    • Midday: Ask AI for one action step that would bring you closer to your biggest goal today. Do it immediately.

    • Evening: Journal on the day’s top wins + where you saw God’s hand. Ask AI to summarize your journal for patterns of growth.

    FAQ – Faith Meets Programming

Q: How does prayer fit with programming?

Prayer sets the intention; programming reinforces it. Your prayers align your spirit; your AI prompts align your daily actions.

Q: Can I train AI for spiritual goals?

Yes. Feed it prompts that include your values, Scriptures, and desired outcomes. Over time, it will give you more results aligned with those inputs.

Q: What if AI responses conflict with my faith?

Use discernment. Test every answer against the Word of God. AI is a tool—it should serve your faith, not override it.

  • Why Artificial Intelligence (AI) Automation is Spiritual? | S1E2 with Dr. Tavis Taylor
    2025/08/01
[Intro – 0:00–1:00] Hey hey — welcome back to WomenWithAI™! This is the podcast for Spirit-filled women who are ready to partner with purpose and platforms… with faith and funnels… and yes — with the Holy Spirit and systems.I’m Dr. Tavis Taylor — The Digital Midwife™ — and this is Week 2.Today’s episode is called: “Why Automation Is Spiritual.” And yes… I’m about to give you Bible for it.Let’s go.[Section 1 – Story: Burnout & Revelation | 1:00–3:30] There was a time when I thought doing everything myself was honorable. I thought exhaustion equaled excellence. I was quoting Philippians 4:13 — “I can do all things through Christ…” … but I was trying to be Christ instead of partnering with Him.Until God stopped me one day and whispered:“You’re not being holy. You’re being overworked.”He brought me to Genesis 1 — the blueprint of automation.🌱 Day and night. 🌊 Oceans with boundaries. 🌾 Seeds that reproduce after their kind.Genesis 8:22 — “As long as the earth endures, seedtime and harvest… shall not cease.”That’s divine automation.God created once… and let systems sustain His work.[Section 2 – Mindset Shift | 3:30–6:30] Automation isn’t cold. It’s not unspiritual. It’s not lazy. It’s biblical.Exodus 18:18 — Moses is burning out. Jethro tells him:“What you’re doing is not good. You will surely wear yourself out… You need capable people to help you.”That’s a system.Even Jesus in Luke 10:1 didn’t send Himself everywhere.“He appointed seventy-two others and sent them two by two…”He delegated the mission. He scaled the message.💡 And you, sis? You don’t need to clone yourself. You just need a system to carry your calling.[Section 3 – Real-Life Shift | 6:30–9:00] I’ve built over 100 GPTs — AI tools that pray, coach, clarify, and automate what I used to over-function to produce. And here’s the miracle: I don’t need to be present for God to work through what I’ve built.Psalm 127:2 says,“It is vain for you to rise early and stay up late, toiling for food to eat— for He gives sleep to those He loves.”God gives rest… but we keep choosing hustle. And automation? That’s not me cheating. That’s me walking in wisdom. Because Proverbs 24:3 says:“By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established.”GPTs. Automation. Systems. That’s Kingdom intelligence in motion.[Section 4 – Speak Directly to Women | 9:00–10:30] So let me say this directly to the daughters, the digital Deborahs, the builders who are watching this podcast:Sis — You were never called to carry everything manually.Proverbs 31:15 — “She rises while it is yet night… and assigns tasks to her servant girls.”That’s delegation. That’s leadership. That’s legacy. You can be Spirit-filled and strategic. You can pray in tongues and use templates. You can lay hands and automate emails. You don’t have to choose between the altar and the algorithm. You can have both.Because automation doesn't replace your anointing —It releases it to more people.[Section 5 – CTA + Invitation | 10:30–12:00] So if you’re listening and you’re ready to stop burning out…I want to personally invite you to my free workshop:“Sis, if something stirred in you today — don’t scroll past it.Don’t silence the system God is trying to show you.You don’t need a link. You need a decision. This is your confirmation. You’ve carried the oil — now build what carries you.Start with one step.Name the thing you’ve been doing manually — and ask God for the strategy to automate it.That’s the next move.”[Outro – 12:00–13:00] Automation is not the enemy. Lack of structure is.You were never meant to do this alone — and God has already given you the pattern. Now go build it.I’m Dr. Tavis Taylor — The Digital Midwife™ — and this is WomenWithAI™.Until next time…Go automate with oil.Connect with Dr. Tavis Taylors Quick Links here >>

What is the core mission of "Women with AI"?

The core mission of "Women with AI" is to empower bold, faith-led women, especially Black and Brown women, to rise and lead in the age of artificial intelligence. It aims to provide the strategy, tools, and spiritual permission for these women to build boldly, own their voices, and automate their assignments within the tech landscape, refusing to let the world be built without their valuable input and values.

Who is the target audience for "Women with AI"?

The target audience for "Women with AI" includes coaches, creators, CEOs, church leaders, and any purpose-driven women who feel called to more but need help with systematization. It specifically reaches out to faith-based women, Black, and Brown women, and kingdom innovators who want to engage with technology without compromising their voice or values.

What unique perspective does Dr. Tavis Taylor bring to the conversation about AI?

Dr. Tavis Taylor brings a unique perspective as a Pastor, coach, prophet, mom, and neuropsych strategist. She combines her spiritual leadership and understanding of human psychology with practical tech knowledge (having built over 100 GPTs and apps). This allows her to bridge the gap between faith and technology, presenting AI through a "prophetic lens" and emphasizing that automation can be spiritual, all while addressing the specific needs and challenges faced by women in these spaces.

What are some of the key themes and topics covered in "Women with AI"?

"Women with AI" breaks down various key themes and topics, including AI in plain language, automation without burnout, positive neuropsychology, and visibility. It also delves into prophetic blueprints for scaling one's calling, introduces listeners to other women making strides in tech and ministry, and discusses the relationship between AI and the church. The podcast aims to activate listeners' brains, businesses, and belief systems.

How does "Women with AI" address the concept of "equity" and "access" in the AI space?

"Women with AI" directly addresses equity and access by asserting that the AI revolution was made for women, especially Black and Brown faith-based women, to lead. It emphasizes the importance of refusing to allow the world to be built without their voices in the system. By empowering these women to "take territory" in the "new land" of AI, the podcast aims to democratize participation and ensure diverse perspectives are integral to the development and application of AI.

What does Dr. Tavis Taylor mean by "rewire your RAZ and rise with oil, not burnout"?

"Rewire your RAZ" likely refers to the Reticular Activating System, a part of the brain that filters information and dictates what we perceive. By "rewiring" it, the podcast aims to help women shift their mindset to recognize opportunities and overcome limiting beliefs regarding technology and leadership. "Rise with oil, not burnout" is a metaphor suggesting that women should achieve success and growth with divine anointing, ease, and spiritual sustenance ("oil"), rather than through exhaustion and spiritual depletion ("burnout"), which often accompanies demanding professional endeavors.

What practical resources and support does "Women with AI" offer its audience?

"Women with AI" offers a range of practical resources and support, including tools, strategies, and "spiritual permission" for building. It promises to share prophetic blueprints and automation systems that scale one's calling. Listeners can access free tools, upcoming trainings, and "vault building resources" through the website here.
