    This week, it’s just me!

I’m sharing a little update on what’s been happening at Women Being Well, what I’ve been creating behind the scenes, and what’s coming next.

As a thank you for being here and listening to the podcast, I’ve also included one of my tapping meditations, Taming Overthinking, in this episode. If you’re managing stress right now, finding it hard to switch off, or you’re simply curious about trying tapping with me, I hope it gives you a little space to slow down and reset.

I’ll also be sharing more about my new Tapping Club, which will be opening this September, along with some of the other things I’m creating for Women Being Well.

  • Episode #46 Meet Diane Brennan
    2026/07/26

In today's episode, I'm joined by the wonderful Diane Brennan,

Diane is a nutritionist, personal trainer, and owner of Chapter U Coaching based in Airside, Swords.

Diane's story is one so many of us will relate to. She spent 17 years in a sedentary insurance job, developed chronic shoulder pain that was absolutely debilitating, and eventually discovered the life-changing power of strength training and mobility work, which not only got her pain free but completely transformed her life and career.

Now, Diane runs her own private, appointment-only studio, a calm, sensory friendly space with no mirrors, no phones, and absolutely no egos, designed specifically so women can show up, feel safe, and just be.

In this conversation, we talk about:

    • Exercise in midlife — why "something is always better than nothing" and why the all-or-nothing mindset is holding so many of us back
    • The pressure women feel to run 5Ks, do HIIT, and keep up with everyone on Instagram.. and why you absolutely don't have to
    • Stress and pain — the deeply connected relationship between the two, and how managing stress has to come first
    • Starting slow and building confidence — how Diane works with women in their 40s who have never trained before
    • The "all or something" approach — one session a week still counts.

Whether you're returning to exercise after years away, struggling with consistency, or just feeling overwhelmed by the fitness world, this episode is for you. 💛

  • Episode #43 Meet Sarah Possié
    2026/05/17

This week I had a beautiful conversation with Sarah Possié, author, midwife, and founder of a newly opened women’s health clinic in Swords Co. Dublin.

We talk about her years working as a midwife, the personal shifts that led her to step away from an old identity, and the journey toward creating a space that supports women in a different and deeply meaningful way.

This conversation is really about transformation about trusting yourself enough to let go of who you once were in order to become who you’re meant to be.

Sarah shares how, after asking for guidance and clarity, an unexpected opportunity appeared that ultimately led her to the work she’s doing today.

It’s an honest, grounding, and inspiring conversation about women’s health, intuition, reinvention, and beginning again.

  • Episode #41 Meet Vicky Shilling - again
    2026/05/04

Vicky Shilling returns to the podcast to tell me what she's been up to since we last spoke in June 2024.

Like most of us in the entrepreneurial world things have changed a lot for Vicky, she shares the highs and lows of the last two years and how she is now helping her clients with the very thing that often sabotages the business of a solo entrepreneur..... confidence and self trust.

We discuss why this sense of self doubt shows up at a time in our lives when we "should" have more confidence and how we can unlearn the things that keep us stuck, by creating new mindset shifts and a confidence that is self led.

    Enjoy the conversation.
