  • Episode #47 A gift to you
    2026/08/02

    This week, it’s just me!

I’m sharing a little update on what’s been happening at Women Being Well, what I’ve been creating behind the scenes, and what’s coming next.

As a thank you for being here and listening to the podcast, I’ve also included one of my tapping meditations, Taming Overthinking, in this episode. If you’re managing stress right now, finding it hard to switch off, or you’re simply curious about trying tapping with me, I hope it gives you a little space to slow down and reset.

I’ll also be sharing more about my new Tapping Club, which will be opening this September, along with some of the other things I’m creating for Women Being Well.

If you’d like to be the first to hear when the Tapping Club opens, pop your details below and I’ll make sure you don’t miss anything.

  • Episode #46 Meet Diane Brennan
    2026/07/26

In today's episode, I'm joined by the wonderful Diane Brennan,

Diane is a nutritionist, personal trainer, and owner of Chapter U Coaching based in Airside, Swords.

Diane's story is one so many of us will relate to. She spent 17 years in a sedentary insurance job, developed chronic shoulder pain that was absolutely debilitating, and eventually discovered the life-changing power of strength training and mobility work, which not only got her pain free but completely transformed her life and career.

Now, Diane runs her own private, appointment-only studio, a calm, sensory friendly space with no mirrors, no phones, and absolutely no egos, designed specifically so women can show up, feel safe, and just be.

In this conversation, we talk about:

    • Exercise in midlife — why "something is always better than nothing" and why the all-or-nothing mindset is holding so many of us back
    • The pressure women feel to run 5Ks, do HIIT, and keep up with everyone on Instagram.. and why you absolutely don't have to
    • Stress and pain — the deeply connected relationship between the two, and how managing stress has to come first
    • Starting slow and building confidence — how Diane works with women in their 40s who have never trained before
    • The "all or something" approach — one session a week still counts.

Whether you're returning to exercise after years away, struggling with consistency, or just feeling overwhelmed by the fitness world, this episode is for you. 💛

  • Episode #45 Meet Sarah Keogh
    2026/07/06

In this episode, I'm joined by dietitian and nutrition expert Sarah Keogh for a conversation that every woman in midlife needs to hear.

Sarah is one of Ireland's leading dietitians, and I've learned so much from her over the years, so I'm delighted to bring her wisdom and expertise to the podcast.

Together, we talk about some of the biggest nutrition questions women have in midlife, including protein, supplements, weight changes during perimenopause, and why so many of us feel exhausted much of the time.

Sarah's approach is always practical, encouraging, and grounded in decades of experience. I truly encourage you to follow her and learn from her work you'll come away feeling informed, empowered, and reassured.

I hope you enjoy this conversation as much as I did.

You'll find Sarah on Instagram HERE
