Saraswati, Goddess of creativity and communication.

Durga, Goddess of protection.

Lakshmi, Goddess of prosperity and abundance.

You will also learn how to properly chant Om!

We will keep the energy moving with some gentle yoga movement that will be adaptable to any body or ability.

You don’t need any experience of chanting or yoga and you don’t need to be able to sing. The joy of chanting in a group is all the different voices coming together to create our very own bath of sound. Come with an open mind and an open heart, ready to immerse yourself in the beautiful feminine strength of these potent Goddesses.
