  • Becoming Her: Partnering with God in the Process
    2025/11/12

There’s a version of you that God is already forming — not in the “next” season, but in this one.

In this powerful episode of Wife in Bloom, Ashley talks about what it really means to partner with God in the process of becoming. So often we chase the big picture: what’s next for our marriage, our purpose, our calling. But God isn’t waiting for you to arrive somewhere new — He’s shaping you in the small, sacred moments of now.

Ashley walks through how every thought, every act of obedience, and every unseen choice is part of your transformation. She shares how to write the vision like Habakkuk did — not as a productivity tool, but as a declaration of faith that God is still working, even when you can’t see it.

If you’ve been wondering when your “next season” will begin, this episode will remind you that the becoming is already happening. The work is in motion. God’s not just writing your story — He’s refining your character.

    You’ll learn how to:
🌿 Shift from striving for “what’s next” to trusting “what’s now.”
🌿 See how God uses the small moments to grow big faith.
🌿 Write your “Becoming Her” vision and pray with expectation.
🌿 Partner with the Holy Spirit through daily discipline, reflection, and surrender.

Whether you’re in a season of waiting, rebuilding, or quiet obedience, this message will help you see the beauty in your becoming — and remind you that God’s timing is always on purpose.

🎧 Tune in, grab your journal, and take the first step in partnering with God in your process of becoming her.

  • Cultivating Connection through Conversation
    2025/11/04

It’s our spicy episode of the month, and this time… we’re going there — together.

In this episode, Carson joins me for the very first time on Wife in Bloom to talk about what it actually looks like to open the conversation about intimacy inside a Christian marriage. Because, girl, we can do all the mindset work in the world, learn about confidence, and pray for passion — but if we never talk about it with our spouse, how are we ever going to grow?

This one’s raw, funny, faith-filled, and real. We’re sharing how learning to talk openly about our marriage bed changed everything — from comfort to connection, from communication to confidence. You’ll hear how conviction, curiosity, and conversation became the turning points that drew us closer to each other and to God.

    We talk about:
✨ Why intimacy isn’t just physical — it’s emotional, spiritual, and deeply holy.
✨ How communication in the bedroom can transform your marriage outside of it.
✨ The small steps that led to major breakthroughs in comfort and connection.
✨ Our “Quarterly Sexy Week” — and how structured conversation built freedom.
✨ How inviting God into your marriage bed brings joy, safety, and purpose.

This isn’t theory. This is us — sharing how God has sanctified and blessed our intimacy through openness, honesty, and laughter. Because the truth is, healing begins when you start talking.
And when you invite God into those conversations… everything blooms. 🌸

So pop in your earbuds, maybe grab your husband, and get ready to blush a little while being reminded that intimacy was God’s idea — and that He designed it to be talked about, enjoyed, and continually nurtured.

Because real marriages aren’t perfect. They’re intentional. And every time we choose to communicate, we choose connection.

💞 Listen now and share this one with your spouse — it just might spark the conversation that changes everything.

  • The weight I finally put down
    2025/10/28

Have you ever realized you’re carrying things that aren’t yours to carry? The anger, the resentment, the unmet expectations — all the little hurts that take up space in your soul until you can barely breathe? In this episode of Wife in Bloom, Ashley shares the moment she realized she was living tight-chested and tired from holding on to everything she was meant to release — and how learning to forgive brought her back to peace, joy, and freedom.

Together we’ll talk about what forgiveness really means, how to walk it out in your home and marriage, and why the hardest and most holy work is forgiving yourself. You’ll hear how her family practices true forgiveness (why they never say “it’s okay” when someone apologizes), how choosing softness has changed her marriage, and how God’s Word shows us that forgiveness isn’t weakness — it’s spiritual strength.

We’ll unpack the power of Ephesians 4:31-32 and Matthew 6:14-15, dig into the myth of “forgive but don’t forget,” and get honest about what it looks like to set boundaries without building walls. You’ll also learn how forgiveness mirrors the cross itself — where Jesus canceled every emotional debt we’d ever owe — and how releasing others and yourself opens up room for new blessings.

If you’ve ever been stuck in guilt, bitterness, or shame, this episode will remind you that forgiveness isn’t about excusing what happened; it’s about saying, “I’m done carrying it.” You’ll walk away with practical ways to forgive, journal prompts to release what’s still weighing you down, and the encouragement to finally let your heart breathe again.

Because true freedom — the kind that makes your soul exhale — comes when you can look at your past, your pain, and even your reflection, and say… “I forgive you.”

    In this episode, you’ll learn:

    • Why forgiveness doesn’t mean saying “it’s okay”
    • How grace and boundaries can exist together
    • The difference between forgiving others and forgiving yourself
    • What Scripture teaches about freedom and emotional release
    • How to start living light, unburdened, and free

💗 Listen now to The Weight I Finally Put Down — a reminder that forgiveness isn’t about weakness, it’s about breathing again.

  • Flirting with Forever
    2025/10/21

Marriage isn’t supposed to be all business, chores, and tired goodnights.
It’s supposed to stay alive, playful, connected, and full of little moments that whisper, “I still choose you.”

In this episode of Wife in Bloom, we’re talking about what it looks like to flirt with forever — to bring laughter, touch, and intentional play back into your marriage.

    Not because something’s broken.
Not because you’re in a “rough season.”
But because you believe that good can become great when it’s watered with attention.

Ashley shares how she realized she wanted to keep growing in her marriage, not to fix it, but to keep it thriving. From trying small things like The Dating Divas games and marriage apps like Ultimate Intimacy and Paired, to simply smiling more and being intentional with words, she learned that flirting isn’t frivolous. It’s faithful.
    💞 You’ll hear:
    • The quiet moment that sparked Ashley’s desire to invest more intentionally in her marriage.
    • Why flirting isn’t shallow or childish — it’s actually a form of love in action.
    • How God designed affection and laughter as tools to protect your connection.
    • Real-life ways to keep your marriage light, fun, and full of life (without forcing it).
    • The difference between the “old spark” and the deeper connection you can build today.

If you’ve been craving a little more joy, tenderness, and warmth in your marriage — this episode will remind you that it’s not too late to start smiling at him again, texting him “I want you,” and sitting a little closer at church.

✨ Remember: You don’t need to go back to the beginning. You just need to go deeper.

That’s what it means to flirt with forever.

  • The 4 Secrets to Life in Bloom
    2025/10/07

What if I told you that the real secrets to life aren’t hidden in some self-help book or found in the next viral morning routine, but in a few simple truths you’ve probably heard your whole life?

This week on Wife in Bloom, I’m sharing the four principles that have completely transformed the way I live, love, and lead in my home. They aren’t glamorous. They aren’t trendy. But when I started truly living them out, not just nodding along to them, everything changed.

These truths became the foundation for a peaceful, productive, and purpose-filled life. They shifted my mindset from chaos to calm, my marriage from reactive to intentional, and my faith from survival mode to daily surrender.

I’ll walk you through how these timeless words of wisdom reshaped my mindset as a wife, a mom, and a woman who used to feel like she was constantly behind. We’ll talk about the moment I realized my “planner shame” was keeping me from peace, how I went from living in someday to finally embracing today, and why my very early mornings with Carson have become some of the holiest, most joyful hours of my life.

I’ll also share one small but revolutionary tool that’s changed our entire family dynamic — our Hearth Display. It’s our digital family life hub that keeps everyone on the same page (literally), from meals to routines to schedules. It’s eliminated so much stress and brought teamwork into our home. But even more than that, I’ll tell you how it’s helped me step out of overwhelm and into flow.

And because you know I can’t leave you hanging, I’ve saved the real kicker for the end, the one principle that makes all the others actually work. It’s the “no excuses, get moving” kind of truth that I needed to hear in my own season of paralysis and procrastination. If I can live this out with ADHD, anxiety, and fibromyalgia, I promise you, girl, so can you.

If you’ve been feeling like your days are running you instead of the other way around… if you’ve been craving more balance, discipline, and peace… if you’ve been telling yourself you’ll get it together someday, this episode is for you.

    We’ll talk about:

🌸 The mindset shifts that turned my chaos into consistency

🌸 The practical habits that actually stick

🌸 The spiritual connection between discipline and peace

🌸 How to stop waiting for motivation and start walking in purpose

This isn’t about doing more, it’s about becoming more intentional with what matters most. It’s about living like the woman you want to be, not “someday,” but today.

So grab your journal, your coffee, and maybe your favorite cozy blanket, and let’s dive in. I’m not saying I have all the answers… but I do have some secrets that just might change how you live your every day.

Because peace isn’t found in perfection, it’s found in daily persistence.

And when you start showing up for your life on purpose, you don’t just survive…

    You bloom. 🌸

  • Why God wants YOU to have great s*x!!
    2025/09/30

Let’s be honest, sex is one of the most misunderstood and under-talked-about parts of Christian marriage. Too often, we’re told that intimacy is “for men,” that women are just along for the ride, or that pleasure is somehow shameful. But the Bible and even science tell us a completely different story: God created sex as a blessing for BOTH husband and wife, a place of unity, joy, and yes, worship.

In this episode of Wife in Bloom, I’m pulling back the curtain and sharing "Why God wants YOU to have great sex. Not just “good enough sex, but life-giving, playful, deeply satisfying intimacy with your husband.

    Here’s what we’ll cover:
✨ Relatable stories from my own marriage: awkward beginnings, funny “oops” moments, and how those became some of our favorites.
✨ The struggles wives quietly carry: body shame, mismatched drives, pain, or wondering if what we want is “Christian enough.”
✨ What Scripture actually says: Song of Songs, Genesis, Corinthians—revealing women’s God-given capacity for desire and pleasure.
✨ How science backs it all up: sex lowers stress, boosts health, deepens connection, and makes marriages stronger.
✨ Why confidence in the bedroom matters more than perfection, and how to “fake it” until it becomes your new reality.

I’ll also share how Carson and I moved from good sex to incredible sex through communication, laughter, and trust AND why I believe with my whole heart that orgasm in marriage is the highest form of worship.

If this episode encourages you, share it with a friend and don’t forget—every last Friday of the month we’ll keep these intimacy talks going. Because your marriage bed isn’t just allowed to bloom—it’s CALLED to.

  • Boldness in the Storm, from Awaking to Obedience
    2025/09/20

The world is shaking, and yet, if you pause and look closely, you’ll see something remarkable happening beneath the surface. A spiritual awakening is stirring across the globe. You can feel it in the conversations online, you can hear it in the rise of worship music, you can see it in people showing up to church for the first time in years. And then came the shocking assassination of Charlie Kirk. Suddenly, faith and prayer aren’t just quiet whispers among believers—they’re on every headline, flooding social media, and sparking conversations everywhere.

In this episode of Wife in Bloom, I’m leaning into this moment in history to talk about what it means for us as Christian women to live boldly in a world that feels unsteady. We’ll start with the life and legacy of Charlie Kirk, a man unashamed of the gospel, willing to lose everything for truth and the extraordinary strength of his wife, Erika. Her composure in the face of unimaginable tragedy is a testimony not only to her personal faith, but to the love and covering of a husband who cherished her deeply. Erika’s response reminds us that our first calling is home base. As wives, as mothers, as women of God, we are the first line of defense in our households. The atmosphere we create, the prayers we pray, the way we guard the gates of our homes, this is spiritual warfare, and it matters more than we often realize.

But this conversation doesn’t stop with their story. Just two weeks ago on this very podcast, I shared how God was convicting me to live more boldly in my faith. Little did I know that boldness would be tested almost immediately. Today, I share openly and vulnerably about a massive decision we’ve made. Just radical obedience to God’s call and we will talk about it all. It’s scary. It’s risky. But it’s also where I’ve found the deepest peace I’ve ever known. Because obedience to Christ may cost something, but it always brings freedom.

    In this episode, you’ll hear:
✨ Why the current shaking of the world might actually be the start of revival.
✨ What we can learn from Charlie and Erika Kirk about boldness, faith, and trust in God.
✨ Why our homes are the first line of defense and how to create an atmosphere of faith there.
✨ My personal story of stepping out in obedience, to pursue the calling God has given me through Wife in Bloom.
✨ How you can step into your own boldness, whether that looks like prayer, forgiveness, obedience, or simply trusting God in the unknown.

This isn’t just an episode about the headlines, it’s about what God is doing in this generation, and how you, right where you are, can rise to the call. Boldness doesn’t always look like standing on a stage. Sometimes it looks like whispering a prayer over your child’s pillow, playing worship music in your kitchen, blessing your husband with words of life, or saying yes to the scary step God is asking you to take.

If you’ve been sensing that same stirring, that call to live more courageously, to trust God more fully, to put Him first in your marriage, in your family, and in your daily actions: this episode is for you.

    💡 Call to Action:
After you listen, I’d love for you to share this episode with another woman who needs encouragement to live boldly right now. Let’s spread this fire together. And don’t forget to subscribe to the podcast so you never miss a conversation like this one.

  • 4 Ways we THINK we are being a "Good Christian Wife" but are actually harming our marriage.
    2025/09/13

What if I told you that some of the very things you’ve been taught make you a “good Christian wife” are actually the things quietly keeping your marriage from growing?

In this episode of Wife in Bloom, I get real about four habits I lived for years—habits that looked holy on the outside but were damaging intimacy, growth, and connection in my marriage. And girl, I don’t want you to waste the years I did believing lies that sounded spiritual but left us stagnant.

Here’s what we’re digging into today:

🌸 Silence Isn’t Submission – Why staying quiet to “keep the peace” actually creates distance, resentment, and stagnation in your marriage.
🌸 Prayer Without Participation – How I used “I’ll just pray about it” as a spiritual excuse to avoid hard conversations and real action.
🌸 Service Without Showing Up – Why equating love with chores and checklists can leave both of you feeling unseen and disconnected.
🌸 Seasons as Excuses – How waiting for life to “slow down” is a trap that steals today’s opportunities for growth and intimacy.

We’ll talk through my stories (the good, the messy, and the lessons learned), what God’s Word actually says about these things, and most importantly—what you can start doing differently today to shift your marriage from shallow and stagnant to passionate, connected, and God-centered.

💡 By the end of this episode, you’ll see that being a good Christian wife isn’t about silence, perfection, or burning yourself out in service. It’s about showing up, speaking truth in love, choosing connection, and running toward the storms of life together—with your spouse and with God.

👉 Your challenge this week: Pick one of these four areas that hits home for you and take one small, intentional step toward your spouse today. Because the season won’t slow down, but you can still choose to show up.

If this episode encouraged you, would you do me a favor? Share it with a friend who needs to hear it, and leave a review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify—it helps so much in growing this community of wives who are choosing to bloom right where they are.
