The Book of Joshua lays the foundation for all those books that will follow and provides insight for us today, as we experience the renewed conquest of Israel and re-creation of the Nation of Israel in a land of their own. The class will progress in order, chapter by chapter, through the book of Joshua, but will also relate the text to previous and later texts to create a broad context for this very special book of the Bible.
