このコンテンツについて
In this honest and personal episode, I open up about what it’s really like to be a nursing student facing burnout before even reaching graduation. I share my experience navigating the final stages of nursing school, including the ongoing challenges with my preceptorship, the lack of accommodations, and how I’m still waiting for clarity on whether I can even finish on time.
Like many students, I’ve faced academic pressure, emotional exhaustion, broken communication from faculty, and a system that doesn’t seem built to support students with disabilities. I talk about how all of this has affected my mental health, my marriage, and my motivation and why so many students end up deferring, withdrawing, or questioning the entire profession.
If you’re a nursing student struggling to keep going, this episode is for you. You’re not alone, and maybe, just maybe, we can start talking about what needs to change.
