Before I ask others why they run, I wanted to share my own story.
In the first episode of Why I Run, I talk about getting married at a young age, becoming a father, serving in the Marines, facing difficult seasons, and how running became more than just a way to stay in shape. It became a source of peace, purpose, creativity, and growth.
This podcast was created because I believe every runner has a story worth telling. My hope is that these conversations inspire others to lace up, keep going, and share the stories behind their miles.
If you have a story to tell, I’d love to hear it. You might be the next featured guest on Why I Run.
Every runner has a story. What’s yours?
