このコンテンツについて
In this powerful episode of the Christian Readers Community Podcast, I sit down with Roy Wooten, author of Unstuck, Executive Director of The Crucible Project, and a man who has helped thousands find their way to healing and growth.
Our conversation dives deep — beyond the pages of his book — into the raw, real-life trauma Roy experienced as a child and how those early wounds shaped his journey. As a licensed counselor and faith-based leader, Roy opens up about the silent battles many Christians face, from depression and identity struggles to unresolved pain that keeps us stuck.
We explore:
How to confront your past without shame
The root causes of mental and emotional stagnation
Faith-based tools for healing and restoration
Why soul work is critical for transformation
Roy doesn’t just offer clinical insight—he shares from the heart of someone who’s lived it. This is more than an interview; it’s an invitation to begin your own journey toward becoming emotionally and spiritually unstuck.
