Returning empty-handed from the grocery yesterday, where bare shelves confronted my search for the oh-so-topical egg, created a Schedule Shift because this conversation with Ira Bailey is about managing food costs, building community, and working with farmers.

Ira is the Founder of Coshop.nz, a community-led food platform in New Zealand that aims to directly reconnect communities with growers and farms, through collective purchasing; providing fresher, healthier food with minimal carbon emissions. Coshop has recently been awarded multiple government grants, emphasising the validity of the endeavour and allowing further development.
