このコンテンツについて
On this episode we had the absolute privilege to speak with world record holder and adventurer, James Ketchell.
James' achievements are truly incredible. He is the first person ever to complete the 'Ultimate Triathlon' of rowing the Atlantic Ocean, summiting Mount Everest and cycling around the world.
On top of this, James has also flown around the world, and this year he is attempting to sail around the world and becoming the first person to circumnavigate the globe by air, land and sea.
Life doesn't come with a manual, but if it did, James would be an author.
This was such an incredible conversation as we spoke of :
- Things never being as bad as you think they will be
- Taking opportunities
- Having a purpose
- Tackling a huge challenge
- Trying things and taking action
- Taking advice
- What is really like to stand on top of the World
- The feeling of regret is far worse than the feeling of disappointment
