    Today, we're diving into the causes of ACL injuries, the importance of prevention, and practical tips to keep you performing at your best. 💡 The ACL, or anterior cruciate ligament, is a key stabilizing ligament in the knee, commonly injured in sports that involve sudden stops, changes in direction, or jumping. Factors like poor biomechanics, muscle imbalances, and inadequate warm-up can increase the risk of ACL tears. To prevent ACL injuries, focus on strengthening the muscles around your knees, including the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes. Incorporate exercises like squats, lunges, and leg presses into your routine. Improve your balance and agility with drills that challenge your coordination and proprioception, like single-leg squats or cone drills. Proper technique is key—ensure your movements are controlled and aligned, avoiding overextension or inward collapse of the knees.
