So you had a spiritual awakening. Now what?

Did you know that when you have a big spiritual shift that it changes the chemistry of your body and it takes time for the body to adjust? This is why people have "ascension symptoms". These include headaches, fatigue digestive issues, and more. When kundalini energy is activated ona spiritual awakening, dormant energy in the spine is released physically leading to jolts and spasms, too.

Animal communicator and energy healer, Kelly Martin, joins Amaral and Lola for this fun episode that explores what it is like to be a modern-day Doctor Doolittle, talking with animals in order to assess their physical, emotional and mental needs so that the special relationship between humans and pet can become an even stronger bond. Kelly shares her experiences working with people and animals and tells us what it is like to have psychic gifts develop at an early age. Kelly is devoted to using he psychic skills to see how aminals are healing their owners and how owners can better care for their pets. We also get to learn about Kelly's vast experience working with animals throughout her lifetime including being a dog groomer and even a squire for immensely large jousting horses at renaissance fairs. Kelly has been honing her psychic gifts since she was now has a business, Elementails, specializing in pet communication, akashic record readings, and energy healings for both people and pets.
